Counseling Services

Counseling Sessions — 55 minutes, $150 per session

I will meet you where you are in the growth process. I wholeheartedly believe that quality therapy must be routed in unconditional positive regard, congruence, empathy, and acceptance. Whether the session is one-on-one, a couple, or a group, this type of therapy—its pace, content, goals, and outcome—is dependent upon the individual.

After the initial free 15-minute consultation, and upon agreement of client and psychologist, session frequency can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly as needed. The two types of counseling sessions:

  • Individual —This session serves the specific person and the issues they’d like to explore and evaluate with the assistance of a psychological professional.

  • Couples / Families — This session serves the pair or group of people seeking to explore and evaluate their issues as a couple or family unit with a psychological professional present. I offer assistance and act as a mediator when necessary. I also offer Individual sessions for any participants who are involved in Couple / Family sessions.
